The Boulder Country Dinner, Vol.2, Part 1

At last, 20 guests.  Date is set.  Weather is 'iffy' - won't matter as we will dine in the Great Room...  Wine pairings have been made.  Staff is excited.  I like the menu, the pairings, and everything else!  Next Boulder Country Dinner - 21June 2012.  By then I will be back from WD~50, Daniel and Le Bernardin.  Wonder what'll be cooking...  Stay in touch because I want to see y'all in the country!!!
